• SHIPPING

    • All items are made in house. by hand, and made to order. Our current turnaround time for orders is 3 to 7 business days. This does not include shipping, and you will receive a shipping notification once your item has been shipped.
    • All items are shipped USPS Parcel Select or UPS Ground unless a different courier or class is selected at checkout. Current estimates for shipping times is 3-5 business days. We are located in the heart of it all [ O H I O ] so times vary based on your location. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
  • SHIPPING [ other ]

    • For packages that have been marked as delivered but are missing: please note we are not responsible for any missing package once it has been marked as delivered. Please reach out to your local post office. In most cases they are able to locate and assist in tracking the package down. If the post office deems to be unsuccessful, please send us a detailed email with their response.
    • Shipping labels are created the day your package is taken to the post office. They are not created ahead of time. If you see that your tracking information hasn't updated, this means that USPS has missed scanning it at some point or has an issue with scanning the label. Be assured the item is en route and will potentially be scanned at the next location.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    • If you are ordering outside of the United States please note the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
    • Please note that customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. These policies and customs clearing procedures can cause delays in shipping. We have no control over these procedures or the shipping delays when these procedures are required.
  • CUSTOM ORDERS & INQUIRIES

    • We love your ideas and feedback, and also welcome fun inspiration. However, please note designs will not be changed or altered. The designs are made with a specific vision in mind and will be kept as such. We think you look smashing in white anyways. Yellow, too, for the record.
    • At this time we are not taking on any custom work. In order to keep with incoming orders for active designs, it is not something we are interested in undertaking at this time.
  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    • We understand that sometimes things don't work out. We will gladly exchange any unworn item for a different size or item in the store within 30 days of delivery. Please send an email to angie@fiercefoxco.com to inquire about any exchanges.
    • As items are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns. We understand sometimes there are other factors involved, and will review these on a case-to-case basis. Please send a detailed email to angie@fiercefoxco.com and we will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
  • USE OF FFCo DESIGNS

    • There is no bigger compliment than someone wanting to use one of our designs in their own work. Unfortunately at this time we are not selling the designs separately in any format. The sentiment is appreciated, but we value our one-of-a-kind shirts.
    • Also know there is no bigger kick in the gut seeing your original design on someone else’s work. Be cool. Be kind. Be you. But don’t steal artwork and claim as your own.
